Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase for most products. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Some products, such as personalized items or products marked as non-returnable, are exempt from our return policy.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at within 30 days of your purchase.
  2. Provide your order number and details of the product you wish to return.
  3. Once approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and further instructions on how to return the product to us.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the product was damaged or defective upon receipt.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Firehawk does not refund shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items
